2016: Tim exceeded my expectations and was by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my 17 years of dealing with real estate agents. He helped me get the maximum value for my property in the least amount of time with a win-win for all parties involved. He made the whole process of selling my home and finding a new home as simple and seamless as possible despite all possible complications. He spent all the time necessary to make sure I understood every aspect and every step of the process. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I learned new things like the fact that there is flexibility in buying agent commission, and it can be negotiated up until the time of a final sign-back on an offer. He provided the best marketing materials possible, like the video and photos of my home and the thousands of cards he mailed out. He listened to me attentively and tried unique ways of promoting my property like offering a travel incentive. 2018: Once again, Tim went above and beyond to help me find my dream home. First, he kept in touch with me regularly over the last 2 years, which I highly appreciated. When I was ready to start looking, he immediately took ownership and started showing me potential places. He knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me narrow my search very quickly and efficiently. Within days, he helped me find the perfect place which met all my criteria. From the time we made an offer until closing, he was there every step of the way, helping in every way possible from answering all my questions, giving good advice, giving excellent referrals to even suggesting where to put a smoke alarm and other personal touches to the home. When I say above and beyond, I truly mean it. He helped by connecting me to a well-experienced mortgage broker who was able to get me the best possible mortgage terms. And he even contacted several insurance brokers himself to help me get home insurance when I was struggling with my own insurance broker.
